HOW LONG DOES POSTAGE TAKE?

Lead times vary by brand. Please view the product description to see delivery times.

Delivery will take on average 12 business days.  Unless specified on product page shipping will not exceed 20 business days depending on where you are located within Australia.

If you have not received your order within 20 business days, please urgently contact us. 

We do not hold stock on hand.

All orders are processed with the manufacturer or distributor as per your individual order to ensure they come from the same batch/dye lot.  Batch numbers hold high importance to the look and finish of your wall, as each batch varies slightly in colour and texture, it's worth the wait.

HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING

Orders places after December 1st 2020 will not be delivered until the week starting the 18th of January 2021.

Orders places after the 23rd of December will not be delivered until 3-4 weeks after the week starting 11th of January 2021.

Orders placed after 11th of January 2021 will be delivered pursuant to normal shipping policy.
